AboutJeremy advises on all aspects of the protection, exploitation and enforcement of intellectual property and related rights. He advises clients in substantial intellectual property and technology related disputes and has acted in various UK proceedings including trade mark, passing off and copyright litigation, as well as disputes relating to a wide variety of technology contracts. Jeremy also advises clients on the IP aspects of corporate transactions and the licensing of IP rights. Jeremy joined Kemp Little in November 2007, having worked for Berwin Leighton Paisner since 2001. Jeremy qualified in 2003 and has a double honours degree in Law and Sociology from Exeter University (1999). |
