Rachel advises on all aspects of EU and UK competition law, providing legal and strategic advice to a wide range of businesses, in relation to mergers, compliance and the use of competition law to achieve their commercial goals.

Rachel joined Kemp Little in July 2008 from S J Berwin where she qualified in September 2001.

Rachel has extensive experience of dealing with the OFT, the Competition Commission and the European Commission, having worked in London, Brussels, and as a legal adviser within the European headquarters of a market leading global company.
