About

Rebecca specialises in negotiating and drafting a broad range of commercial, technology and outsourcing contracts across a range of industry sectors for both suppliers and customers. She has acted on several large-scale, business critical technology projects and regularly advises on e-commerce, intellectual property and general commercial issues.

During her career, Rebecca has spent periods working within client legal teams, having been seconded to Capgemini UK Plc in London and British Airways Plc at its headquarters, near Heathrow airport. Since joining Kemp Little, Rebecca has been seconded to a market leading manufacturer of mobile products, software and accessory solutions, as well a FTSE 100 internationally recognised luxury retail brand.

Rebecca has had a number of articles published in the e-Commerce Law Reports, Cyberspace Law and PLC, and has also written the PLC Business Continuity, ASP and SaaS Agreements and related Guidance Notes.
