kemp little advises Celona technologies limited on its funding round with caledonia investments limited

Kemp Little LLP partner Siobhan McElhinney and assistant Charlotte Hawkins advised Celona Technologies Limited on its recent £7,000,000 funding round with new investors Caledonia Investments plc. The transaction completed on 29 June 2007.
Celona, which is also backed by Quester, provides application data migration tools and related services to communication service providers. Celona plans to use the investment to build its customer-facing sales and support activities and to continue to develop its application data migration software.
