KEMP LITTLE Advises pi capital on its investment in medispa clinics

Kemp Little LLP partner Lucy Vernall and assistant Julia Tarvin advised Pi Capital on its recent investment of up to £3 million in Establishment MediSpa Clinic Limited. The transaction completed on 16 November 2006. MediSpa provides a full range of cosmetic surgical and non-surgical treatments as well as spa services; it has also pioneered the use of Twilight surgery in the UK as an alternative to general anesthetic in cosmetic surgery. Pi Capital's investment is intended to support MediSpa's expansion from its existing locations in Cheshire, London, Manchester and Newcastle into a nationwide network of clinics.
