Wireless is an exciting sector to be advising as business models evolve and demand for data and content increases. We acted for T-Mobile in the first 3G infrastructure sharing deal in 2001 and today advise on a wide range of issues including:

Working with operators and content providers on the structural, contractual and regulatory aspects of their premium and content services, including gaming, ring tones, television programmes and payment mechanisms

“Mobilising” content (including user generated content) for use on mobile devices Enterprise-wide mobile services agreements

Our recent experience includes:

• Advising on arrangements for next generation geo-location software and support services for roll-out across multi-national MVNO networks
• Arrangements for the provision of fixed voice and mobile carriage services to a national broadcaster
• Advising multiple manufacturers of mobile handsets and PDA handsets on global distribution arrangements with multi-national MVNOs
• Acting for SITA on the operation of ‘OnAir’ (in flight calls) and its deal with Equant/Orange Business services
