Our venture capital work for investors includes the full range of investment activity including early stage capital, follow-on funding rounds, institutional venture capital deals and buyouts and buy-ins.

We understand investment terms and process and our experience in advising management teams and investors ensures we are able to provide well–balanced advice and strategies to deal with key issues that arise. We also assist our investor clients in the management of their portfolio companies.

We are recognised for having a first-rate understanding of technology sectors and the sectors that technology transforms, meaning we can identify at an early stage in the process the key legal issues.

Advising a private equity firm investing in UK centric companies on the full range on all its portfolio deals
Advising a Nordic venture capital firm its investments including businesses providing mobile content and gaming and distributing video and other media content
Advising a group of investors on their investment in an international company providing locations based services technology to mobile network operators across multiple jurisdictions
