Kemp Little promotes two new partners
Kemp Little LLP, the leading technology and digital media law firm, is pleased to announce that Rich Folsom and Rupam Dave have been promoted to partner in the Commercial Technology team.
Rich joined Kemp Little in 2010 and is as a commercial technology lawyer: negotiating and drafting technology contracts – whether buying, selling, building or using technology. He has worked on technology contracts with all sizes of organisations, from household names, to challenger start-ups. He focuses on three areas including data and market data licensing, distributed ledgers and smart contracts and through his role as co-founder and CEO of https://www.kl-legal.tech/ the use of technology to make more efficient the delivery of legal advice.
Rupam joined Kemp Little in 2015 and advises on all aspects of sourcing matters, with a particular focus on technology and digital media. In particular he focuses on complex commercial projects in sectors which are being transformed by technology. This has seen his recent work involve outsourcing, systems integration and technology procurement particularly in respect of AdTech, MarTech and Digital Media as the world of online advertising changes fundamentally.
