As a result of the British Prime Minister’s update, on Government policy on 22 September 2020 in relation to the COVID-19 pandemic, we will be focusing our webinar on what companies will need to consider in light of this and any further updates. To hear the latest please join us on 28 September for this live webinar.

Experts from Kemp Little will be joined by Darren Jones MP, BEIS Select Committee Chair and Sam McGregor from Equal Experts. The session will be chaired by Emma Wright, Commercial Technology Partner at Kemp Little.

We will discuss how businesses can continue to plan in this “new normal” and what they might need to consider. There will be a keynote from Darren Jones MP, BEIS Select Committee Chair. The BEIS Select Committee is charged with scrutinising government across business, energy and industrial strategy policy and its public bodies (such as the Committee on Climate Change). We will also focus on emerging technology and the legal implications of adopting some of these in light of COVID19 and discuss:

• The view from SMEs on the opportunities and what Government support is needed
• The tech solutions being considered to allow employers to adapt to the ‘new normal’
• Legal and regulatory requirements from an employment and data perspective
