Paul Hinton, a Commercial Technology partner at Kemp Little and Head of the Financial Technology Team said: “Technology is revolutionising the way that the financial services and markets sector operates. Moreover, regulatory reforms are resulting in a profound shift in how firms go about meeting their regulatory obligations and this includes taking account of the fact that both regulations and the regulators will continue to focus much more closely on IT systems and the critical role that they play. We are therefore thrilled to recruit Lucy into our Commercial Technology team. Thanks to Lucy’s wealth of regulatory experience and expertise Kemp Little will be very well placed to advise our financial services clients at the intersection between technology and financial regulation.”
On her new appointment, Lucy commented: “I’m delighted to have joined the team at Kemp Little. Nowadays businesses in or serving the financial sector need a law firm that truly combines technology and financial regulatory expertise, which Kemp Little will be uniquely well-placed to provide.”
